A Day with Dad in the Garden

I started seeds a few weeks ago with the intention of planting them in my Dad’s garden in Midland, WA. Today I loaded up the trunk and headed to the farm.

From the left, pumpkins, sunflowers, onions and corn.

After only a few steps into the garden, the goats quickly surrounded the wheelbarrow and got a few bites of the sunflowers!

Goats got a little taste of the sunflower seedlings before we shooed them away.

They look so innocent, don’t they?

Today we added two chairs in the shade where dad could supervise the planting of his garden.

Now THAT’S a real chain link fence!

We are making progress in the garden. Looking forward to my next trip to the farm.
